Meet the Consultant
My name is Shaun Cook, founder of PCC UK.
I've spent my career working within the powder coating and surface finishing industry, gaining practical experience across every stage of the process.
From operating powder coating lines and managing production to designing equipment, commissioning new installations, training operators and troubleshooting technical issues, I've worked with businesses across the UK to help improve performance and solve real-world production challenges.
In 2021, I co-founded North Coat, a specialist powder coating and alloy wheel refurbishment business.
During my time there, I established one of the UK's first dedicated powder coating training academies, delivering practical, hands-on training to operators looking to improve their skills, understand the powder coating process and produce consistently high-quality finishes.
Today, I work with manufacturers, powder coating companies and equipment suppliers across the UK, providing independent technical support, operator training, process improvement and troubleshooting.
